This Privacy Policy explains how PPM Service, LLC d/b/a Unimagnetic ("Unimagnetic," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit our websites, contact us, or use our products and services.

Who we are. Unimagnetic is an IT solutions provider, hardware reseller, and systems integrator serving data centers and enterprise customers primarily in the New York metro area and the United States.

1) Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: (i) directly from you, (ii) automatically from your devices, and (iii) from third parties.

A. Information you provide

• Order & support data: purchase history, RMAs, quotes, trouble tickets, messages, recordings with our support teams (where permitted by law and disclosed).

No system is 100% secure; you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We are based in the United States and may process information in the U.S. and other countries. Where applicable law requires, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross‑border transfers (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures).

Marketing preferences

You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. We may still send transactional or service messages.

Analytics & advertising

Manage cookies in your browser and through our cookie banner (where available). Some third‑party tools also offer opt‑outs. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of sale/sharing where legally required.

Do Not Track (DNT)

9) Third‑party links and services

Our sites may link to third‑party websites, plug‑ins, and services. Those are governed by their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or privacy measures.

10) Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or a higher age where required by law). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

11) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the new Policy and updating the Last updated date above. Where required by law, we will request your consent to material changes.
