Unimagnetic (a trade name of PPM Service, LLC, 651 North Broad Street, Suite 201, Middletown, DE 19709, USA) provides dependable warranty coverage on IT hardware we sell and deploy. This policy explains what’s covered, what isn’t, and how to make a claim.
All hardware we sell to end customers is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of delivery, regardless of condition category (e.g., New, New Open Box, New Pull, Refurbished, Manufacturer-Refurbished).
If a covered product is defective under normal use during the warranty period, Unimagnetic will, at its option, repair, replace, or issue in-house credit for the item.
For resellers and wholesale purchases, we provide a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery limited to:
Functional defects on arrival,
Items that are DOA or not performing as described.
Resellers must inspect and test hardware within this 30-day window; issues arising after extended use are not covered under this reseller warranty.
This warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage, misuse/abuse, improper installation, or operation outside manufacturer specifications,
Cosmetic wear and tear,
Third-party modifications or repairs,
Software/firmware issues not caused by a hardware failure.
Software licenses are not covered by standard return/warranty policies. Licenses must be activated on the associated hardware within 7 days of receipt, and any issues must be reported within 10 days for an exchange to be considered. Refunds are not issued for software licenses.
Request authorization: Contact Unimagnetic Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Provide your order number, item details/serial(s), and a clear description of the issue.
Return window: Once an RMA is issued, you’ll have 14 days to return the equipment. After 14 days, the RMA expires.
Evaluation & resolution: After receipt and evaluation, we’ll proceed with repair, replacement, or in-house credit per Sections 1–2 above.
Where to contact: Use your Unimagnetic account manager or the contact form on our website. (We can insert a specific support email/portal link if you’d like.)
Ship items in secure, protective packaging (ideally the original packaging) and include all accessories received.
You are responsible for damage that occurs during return transit if items are improperly packaged.
Risk of loss passes to Unimagnetic upon confirmed delivery to our designated return location.

The product must have been purchased from Unimagnetic (or an authorized Unimagnetic channel).
Serial numbers, asset tags, and tamper seals (if present) must be intact and unaltered.
The product must be operated under normal, manufacturer-specified conditions and not be damaged by power, environment, liquids, or foreign objects.
Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or in-house credit at Unimagnetic’s discretion.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
Title and risk transfer to the buyer upon delivery as specified in your order terms.
Buyers (and especially resellers) should inspect on receipt and notify Unimagnetic of discrepancies or damage promptly to preserve warranty rights.
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue will be in a state or federal court located in Delaware unless otherwise stated in your master services or purchase agreement.
If you have a separate MSA, SOW, or a vendor-specific SLA with Unimagnetic, those documents may supplement or override parts of this policy.
Manufacturer warranties (if any) may provide additional rights or procedures; where applicable, we can help facilitate those claims.
